Horizon Medical Services began in 1996 in the Richmond Virginia area. Founded by Dusty Anderson who recognized a need for high quality first aid and CPR training. His goal was to make such classes educational as well as enjoyable. The healthcare education aspect of Horizon continues to teach with this philosophy today. We teach basic and advanced first aid and CPR to healthcare facilities, businesses and governmental entities. These courses include basic and advanced first aid and CPR, CPR for healthcare providers, Advanced cardiac life support, and pediatric advanced life support. As Horizon has continued to grow so have our areas of business. Our newest division is our health assessment division. Again, recognizing a need in the Richmond market for professional and reliable health assessments needed by insurance companies for life insurance underwriting. We are pleased to now offer our health assessment services throughout the commonwealth of Virginia.
