Healthcare Assessment

Horizon Medical Services offers healthcare assessment services to all insurance companies. Insurance companies are required, during underwriting of most life insurance contracts, to perform health assessments on all clients. Feedback to Horizon from insurance agents has shown that many agents struggle to find healthcare vendors who uphold the professional image they are seeking for their clients. Recognizing this need, Horizon has assembled some of the best paramedics and nurses in the Richmond area to provide discrete, on-site, health care assessments.

Health assessments include, but are not limited to:

• Blood and urine specimen collections
 
• EKG testing
 
• 12 lead EKG using state of the art Zoll monitors
 
• Client may choose home or office location
